Our access to the campus Guest WiFi has been a challenge this semester. You can help us by tracking your experience with logging into the network.
Keep track of time, location and success/slow/failure using pen and paper or the Notes app. When you get home, go to our online form to fill out our questions and submit your report.
Since we log in multiple times each day, it is possible that you will submit from three to six entries per campus day. For example, 9:15, 9:45, 11:30, 12:15, 1:15 and 3:00.Notice how the minutes are reported at quarter hour blocks.
To make reporting easier, consider adding the reporting web page to your Home Screen.
We do need to know success, slow and failed attempts.
This information will be reviewed by the RS Technology Committee and used in discussions with campus information technology staff.
