Friday, April 24: Social Media

Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instragram are great ways to connect and communicate with family and friends old and new. Great ways to see new photos of your grandkids without having to beg! You can choose how involved you wish to get with them. We will give you some of the basics to get started. Jennifer Kerr will cover Facebook, Carol Dabrowiak will talk about Instagram and Mary Euretig will tweet about Twitter. We will show some videos before class, as usual, including ones for Earth Day and about rain around the world. We'll start about 11:40. Be thinking, folks, about what you'd like to see for the Fall Semester. Next week, our last, we will ask for your suggestions, as well as having you all describe some of your favorite apps and accessories.
